  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 garlic head
  • 1 cup culantro (recao) Look for it in latin supermarkets


  • Chop the onions and peppers into chunks, peel garlic head, and wash culantro
  • Add it to blender, and blend until smooth. Stop every so often to scrape the sides of the blender, until everything is combined and there are no chunks left.
